Hi there! My name is Yuko, and I'm an artist.
Welcome to my blog, where I share my passion for art, design and storytelling.
Growing up in Japan, I was always happiest when I was creating something.
Whether it was painting, drawing, or crafting stories, I just loved
using my imagination. But I began to ignore what made me happy as I grew
older. While I enjoyed my job in research and the amazing experiences being a
mother, I yearned to get back to my creative self again.
Starting
my blog in 2013 gave me the opportunity to turn my creative vision into
reality and become who I really am. Today, I'm so happy to share with
you my recently launched online store, Studio Yuko Jones, where I offer
some of my original artwork and art prints.
I believe everyone has a story to tell, and we're meant to share our story with others.
Because as ordinary as it may seem, there is someone out there who
needs our story. This is where I share my personal stories through art, writing, and occasional decorating
projects.
I believe we're happiest when we can spread our passions to others.
I know what it's like to have something special inside of you waiting to
come out, but you're too afraid to share it with the world. What if you
try and fail? What if you're not good enough? That fear kept me from pursuing my passion for such a long time.
Finding your passion and
following your dream is an adventure and journey. I hope you find
something you can relate to in my stories and find encouragement in
pursuing your dreams.
